For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.
Romans 15:4
As followers of Christ the most critical thing we can do is study the Living Word. THe first church in Jerusalem is said to have dedicated themselves to teh teaching of the Apostles. We too then must show ourselves approved by turning diligently to God's word so that we might grow up into the mature manhood, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine.
